Hi, I’m Todd.

I’ve spent years moving - starting with dance (ballet, jazz, hip hop and tap), and then moving into Pilates, where I found a real love for helping people feel stronger, steadier and more capable in their own bodies.

These days, I’m all about keeping things simple and realistic.

My husband and I travel New Zealand in our motorhome, so I know first-hand that movement needs to fit into real life - small spaces, limited equipment, and days that don’t always go to plan.

That’s where Midi Moves came from.

No fuss. No perfection. Just practical movement that helps you stay strong, balanced and able to enjoy your life.

Some days it’s structured. Some days it’s a walk, a stretch, or doing things a bit differently just to keep the body and brain ticking along.

Either way, the goal is the same:
