Walking Anywhere
Five and a half minutes. Your pace.
Walk along with me through five moves, with walking in between and a final walk to finish. No equipment needed — just room to move.
Before you press play
Clear a wee bit of room. Wear shoes or go barefoot, whichever gives you a secure footing on your floor.
Go at your own pace and keep your steps comfy. If a move doesn’t suit you, go back to walking on the spot or take a breather.
Keep a sturdy chair within reach if you’d like support for the single-leg moves.
Your heart may beat a little faster and you might breathe a bit harder. Aim for a pace where you can still talk comfortably. If talking gets difficult, slow down. Stop if you’re struggling for breath, feel dizzy or unwell, or anything hurts.
This workout is for general fitness. If you have an injury or health condition, or you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, check with a health professional before joining in.
